Architecture decisions

The ADR model has been retired in agentm (AG ADR-migration, 2026-06-24). All twenty agentm ADRs are folded into the relevant living designs in wiki/designs/ — each design's body + amendment log carries the decision, the "why not the alternative", and the re-audit triggers, so the live truth reads in one place instead of through a chain of append-only records. The governing policy lives in Design-Governance.
