Removes Bower dependency that used to be added to the consuming app. Instead, it adds testdouble-chai to the consuming application from this addon's Node dependencies.

If you're using v1.1.0 or later and have testdouble-chai listed in your bower.json file, you can remove it; it's not used anymore.
