Is there a way to always keep item selection at last item in list? or a follow mode for logs being piped into tv?

Hi,

I pipe live logs into tv as that lets me easily search through them, but I can't find a way to always keep newest item selected.
Since it is an active stream it keeps growing and I am left at older logs unless I manually scroll down.

Is there some way to keep latest entry as the selected item, or an Auto-Go-To-End that would allow me to view the logs as they are flowing.

I couldn't find anything about this so I made a feature request but just realized I should ask first, maybe I am missing something. Idea #1090
