Add a new skill teaching AI agents how to use the Algolia CLI (`algolia`) for managing indices, records, settings, rules, and synonyms. Includes SKILL.md with quick-reference tables, command reference with exact syntax sourced from the CLI codebase, getting-started guide, and /algolia-cli:setup slash command. Registered in marketplace.json alongside algolia-mcp.
