Add Docker to Quick Start

Currently, the Quickstart guide focuses on manual installation of dependencies. To improve the developer experience and simplify integration testing (especially for use with libraries like dockertest or testcontainers), it would be beneficial to provide a Docker-based setup

Thanks for the suggestion. Since Docker can be used with many different base OS environments, it is difficult to provide a single Docker-based setup that fits every use case. Instead, we provide an OS-independent generic tar package, which should also be a convenient option.
