refactor(interactive): Refactor the codegen and argument parsing

• Refactor the codegen for stored procedure, let adhoc query and procedure query all inherit from AdhocReadApp.
• Refine the create_procedure and call_procedure test in sdk test.
• Fix argument parsing problem.
