• Build the extension locally following README instructions

I’ve published a temporary MV3 extension here to unblock users while PR #4276 awaits approval.

About the Security Warning
Chrome displays ⚠️ “This extension is not trusted by Enhanced Safe Browsing” during installation because the build isn’t published from a verified account. This is a policy alert, not a code safety issue—the extension matches the GitHub workflow build exactly.

Recommendations
• 🔒 For most users: Wait for the official release (after PR merge) for a seamless install.
• 🛠️ For testers/developers: Install the temporary build at will. Click “Continue to install” to bypass the warning.

This interim solution will remain available until an official MV3 version gets pubilished.
