Implement MCP instrumentation based on the existing OpenTelemetry instrumentation mode

Related to ISSUE#10

Main features include:

    1. Full support for synchronous and asynchronous operations
    1. Detailed metrics collection and span attribute recording
    1. Error handling and exception tracking
    1. Configurable content capture options
    1. Standard OpenTelemetry semantic conventions

When implementing, users need to adjust the packaged module and method names according to the actual MCP Python SDK API structure
