Possibility to port a p1 measurement from homeassistent to solis meter port via waveshare?

Hello thank you for the great work you have done. It solved my problem. A question what are the possibilities to port the measured active power from a p1 measurement in home assistent to the solis inverter meter port ?

In Netherlands we are moving towards penalties at too much power production (export) instead of buying a third p1 measurement (solis) (other platforms i have zendure battery, homewizard) i was wondering if the measurement could be translated by a waveshare device towards the solis inverter.
Effectively setting the solis convertor to maintain 0 on the dial but to manipulate the measurement if the batterij is not full.

This would ensure charging of battery first and then maintain zero on the clamps.
