Bump version and also address some minor pyasn denial of service vulnerability from dependabot
Main thing is to get PerPixelRegressionTask fix.
Edit: I reverted the bump to dependency versions because it seems like latest google-auth library still uses pyasn 0.6.1 and I don't want to add pyasn explicitly here. So we can just wait for google-auth to be updated first.
