Namco System 246/256 emulation support

If this is possible, can you make Namco System 246/256 support? Play! Emulator isn't that good for emulating that PS2 Arcade based hardware.

Glad you asked! I've actually been doing some research on the System 2x6 boards, I'm getting through the early stages of game init on my local fork, I'll soon put all of these changes on a separate branch for other emudevs to chime in.

TL;DR: Research is on-going, arcade support is a pretty complex topic and it might take a long time until Iris can actually support running arcade games.
