Add elif condition for non-adaptive weights, which should fix the broken test hopefully
check False as 0 so that it doesn't error if its 0 apparently...
For hopefully a bug fix...apparently dataframe.append was deprecated in later pandas releases and concat should work instead?
Check a bunch of additional sklearn versions and python versions to see what happens lol
attempting to get the settings adjusted so that python version 3.10 and v3.11 will run the tests
which hopefully works lol
because apparently their mac doesn't include python and their windows is in beta
