Cursor marketplace install fix

• .cursor-plugin/plugin.json conforms to Cursor schema (no _integrity, no ./ path prefixes)
• Marketplace pins use commit SHAs instead of annotated tags

After upgrading, remove/re-add https://github.com/alo-labs/alo-labs-cursor-marketplace in Cursor Settings → Plugins and enable sidekick@0.8.1.

• Site landing and getting-started pages updated to v0.8.1
• GitHub description and topics updated (removed stale Forge/OpenRouter tags; added cursor, codex, kay)
