• Add silver:completion-audit before ship in feature/ui/devops/bugfix/release flows
• silver:devops activates active_workflow: devops-cycle at start
• Complete silver:bugfix deploy chain (validate, branch-finish, completion-audit)
• Fix silver-ui security → secure order; remove stale VERIFY skip in feature flow

Config

• Remove tdd from required_deploy_devops; align config_version/version to 0.43.0

Tests: 3388+ passed (full suite green after site version sync)
