Making a proper fix to prevent this looks hard, so in lieu of that I've added a message to the readme that it's worth retrying the provisioning. There was a pull request in puppet to fix the issue which got closed without merging and it has been suggested it might be a ruby bug. |

can this be a multiline, also with some casing it as a note?
Maybe something like
Note: If this happens, running vagrant provision again 'may' fix it...
