docs: update FAQ for complete known-inventory coverage The catalog figure was 204 pairs at 69%. It is now 294 across 78 trouble codes, every pair in the known Gen 2 inventory. Say plainly that the inventory is what has been confirmed rather than everything a car can emit, and that five of the 294 were found outside the original list, so a reader does not take completeness as finality. Rework the unexplained-sub-code answer, which full coverage would otherwise appear to retire. Two cases still produce no explanation: a pair outside the inventory, and a sub-code number claimed by two trouble codes that are both stored. The second is deliberate and does not shrink as coverage grows.
