problem in running app

I build this app APK and install in my samsung galaxy 4 (android version 5.0.1) when but the problem is when i click to grant access bottom no thing occur and i can't use your application cloud you please help me what should i do?

Which page in onboarding is the one that does not work, also can you check to see if any exceptions are thrown?
