Inital stable alpha version

This is at a point where I am comfortable using it to run a production api for the timcam, so I am labeling this the inital release!

I will likely be changing and breaking plenty of things as I continue working on it so it is not v1.0.0 yet.

I plan on cleaning up the code a bunch from here on out and adding more features but wanted to have some stable commit to come back to if need be.
