[FEATURE] Support for Cloud Voice Engines

Problem

The local voice engines are useless for Norwegian.
There is one voice engine that rules all others in Norwegian, and that is Elevenlabs Scribe.

Proposed solution

Being able to use Elevenlabs Scribe through their API with bring your own keys would make FluidVoice relevant to norwegian users as well.
