Add config option to show references to the right of summary in log

Currently, the recent commits section looks like this:

12341234 master  do a thing
abcdabcd initial commit
```

I'd like it to look like this:

```
12341234 do a thing  master
abcdabcd initial commit
```

This helps with readability for repos with prefixing conventions like feat:/chore:/..., so they stay aligned with eachother.
