SnapRAID Daemon v1.12

• Fix configuration saving under SystemD due to read-only restriction.
  This was a regression introduced in SnapRAID Daemon 1.10.
• Omit "Excluding file" and "Excluding directory" verbose messages
  from the log. This prevents large log files from filling up the disk
  and cluttering the web interface, improving overall usability.
• Preserve the open/expanded state of task detail logs in the WebUI
  across automatic redraws and background refreshes.
