Obstacle

The bootstrap script that manages GCP organization setup (domain, email, account) must be up to date and functional. This is a prerequisite for progressing toward the IAM service running in production.

Context

• The bootstrap script provisions foundational GCP resources (organization, billing, project setup)
• If the script is outdated or broken, it blocks infrastructure provisioning and IAM service deployment
• Ensuring it works end-to-end is a necessary step before deploying the IAM service

Acceptance Criteria

• Bootstrap script runs successfully against the target GCP org
• Domain, email, and account configurations are correctly applied
• Script is idempotent and can be re-run safely
