• Self-update notifications now link to the release notes (#2, @famewolf / @NotRetarded) — a single clutter-free link to the GitHub releases page in the "new image found" / auto-self-update messages, matching the repo links container updates already carry.
• /changelog shows the current version's notes when you're already up to date (#2, @famewolf). Previously it only listed releases newer than the running one, so after a /selfupdate there was no way to see what the version you just installed changed. Now it shows the running version's own entry instead of a bare "up to date".
