Are the Amazon Linux 2022 (Tech Preview) repositories permanently retired? S3 returns 403 AccessDenied

Hi team,

We consume the Amazon Linux 2022 repository metadata to build vulnerability data from ALAS advisories. Since recently, the AL2022 repository endpoint returns 403 AccessDenied:

The same happens with other regions (e.g. al2022-repos-us-east-1-9761ab97...) and with https://cdn.amazonlinux.com/al2022/core/releasemd.xml, while the AL2023 equivalents (https://cdn.amazonlinux.com/al2023/...) keep working.

We understand AL2022 was a Tech Preview superseded by AL2023 (the release notes state it "should no longer be used"), and the last advisory in https://alas.aws.amazon.com/alas2022.html dates from January 2023.

Could you please confirm:

1. Have the AL2022 repositories been permanently retired / access removed intentionally, or is this a temporary issue?
2. If retired, when did it happen, and is there an official announcement or documentation we can reference?
3. Will the AL2022 security advisories page (alas2022.html) and its RSS feed remain available as a historical reference?
