Addressing LinkedIn page changes that do not reload the page

if you are on a job listing on linkedin, then go to linkedin jobs page (click top header) then go to another page of job listings, the add-on is not active at this last point.

Might be necessary to change manifest website and detect further changes in linkedin page switches via aria-labels similar to how it currently detects when a different job is selected in the listing
