Cross-Platform One-Click Installer

Summary

Package GAIA as a one-click installer for all supported platforms. The user runs a single file and the GAIA app launches — no terminal, no manual setup.

Requirements

• macOS installer (.dmg or .pkg)
• Windows installer (.exe or .msi)
• Linux installer (.AppImage or .deb/.rpm)
• Installer bundles Lemonade (see Bundle Lemonade issue)
• App launches successfully on first run after install
• Silent install option for enterprise/scripted deployment

Dependencies

• Agent UI must be packaged (PR Add GAIA Chat UI: privacy-first desktop chat with document Q&A #428 / Agent UI: Ship Desktop Chat Application #501)
• Lemonade bundling (Bundle Lemonade with GAIA Installer #506)
• Electron Forge packaging configuration

Acceptance Criteria

• Windows: .exe installer runs, installs GAIA, launches Agent UI
• macOS: .dmg installer runs, installs GAIA, launches Agent UI
• Linux: .AppImage or .deb runs, installs GAIA, launches Agent UI
• No terminal window required during or after installation
• Uninstaller cleanly removes GAIA
• Installer is code-signed (Windows/macOS)
