Change _dump_agent_status() from sliding-window snapshot (write_text with last 10 entries) to append-only event log per Linus's Phase 2A reviewer contract: - Append-only per trial: use open(path, "a") instead of write_text() - Monotonic trial-local seq on each entry for stable event identity - Only new history entries are appended (cursor tracks last dumped count) - Handle context compaction/revert (cursor resets when history shrinks) - Truncate status file at trial start in _agent_loop() This unblocks execution_monitor.py's line-offset cursor for Phase 2A trigger rules (#4/#5/#6) which require incremental event consumption.
