Enums are not namespace-qualified in the docs

In http://ampl.github.io/common.html#_CPPv24Type enum is rendered as

enum Type

while it should be

enum mp::obj::Type

The issue is partially fixed in 42e4d72. Now the declaration looks like

enum mp::obj::Type

with the mp namespace still missing.
