Remove the always-empty $unset field from Exposure.toAmplitudeEvents userProperties to stop sending empty unsets

Update Exposure.toAmplitudeEvents in ExposureTracker.kt to build only the $set object in userProperties and drop creation/insertion of an empty $unset.

📍Where to Start

Start with the Exposure.toAmplitudeEvents method in ExposureTracker.kt.
