Quick reference: add Ari's What-to-do column (2 Sep review) Replace the four-column quick reference with the five-column table Iowa Legal Aid sent on 2 September, which adds a What-to-do cell per row. Kept the Lite row (added 1 Sep, after her copy) and gave it a matching cell. More-than-12-statutes note: cite 901C.3, Ari's what-to-do wording
Apply Iowa Legal Aid's 1 September review to the notes column guide Their Word-doc pass over the page, yellow items: staff-workflow guidance on the case-status and money notes, column letters named (O and P), the JUV-to-GTR and ordinance column H instructions, the over-12-statutes column F procedure, and the DOB-Unknown scope. Also catches the page up to the code: the Lite note's 21 August rewording and the disposition spread note's count placeholder (X, the note prints the real number). Name the category generically in the did-not-add-up note, per Iowa Legal Aid
Add the column V notes guide for Iowa Legal Aid staff Arianna Eddy asked for a list of the common responses that show up in the notes column so she can write a description for staff of what each one means and what to do with it. This is that list, covering every message column V can produce. Same content as docs/CRS-Notes-Column.md in the repo.
