add wiki documentation pages; align dependency URLs to amulog org Populate the wiki: overview/pipeline, installation, quick-start (tutorial/ SSH sample), configuration, causal-discovery methods (built-ins pc/lingam/ pc-corr/lingam-corr plus the logdag.cause_algorithm out-of-tree plugin mechanism), CLI commands, architecture, data sources, and extending guide. Consistent with logdag 0.3.1. amulog/logdag URLs use the amulog org (amulog moved cpflat->amulog); pcalg stays cpflat (not moved).
