chore: release workflow and husky

Changes Description

• Add Husky for git hooks (commit-msg, pre-commit)
• Add Prettier configuration and formatting
• Add auto-tag GitHub workflow for releases
• Refactor codebase to use ts-common shared library
• Clean up dead code and remove useless re-export patterns
• Update PWA manifest configuration
