First public release of the MIRA autonomous rover pipeline.

  • Real-time YOLO Mars terrain detection + DepthAnything V2 on Hailo-8L NPU
  • 10-priority navigation waterfall with TOF/IMU/LDR sensor fusion
  • Arduino Mega firmware for 5× TOF, IMU, ultrasonic, LDR, motor control
  • ONNX CPU fallback when Hailo NPU unavailable
  • Manual keyboard drive mode + autonomous pipeline mode
