- 10-priority navigation waterfall with TOF/IMU/LDR sensor fusion
- Arduino Mega firmware for 5× TOF, IMU, ultrasonic, LDR, motor control
- ONNX CPU fallback when Hailo NPU unavailable
- Manual keyboard drive mode + autonomous pipeline mode
