A activity to work with state widget and basic UI building.
The widget on top increase/decreases the value by 0.1. The widget on the bottom increase/decreases the value by 1.0. The widget in the middle changes color when the decimal portion of the value is bellow 0.4.
The reset button resets the value to 0.0.
