Merge OSX build updates

This change removes the generated project folder for the ADSB demo which can be generated from the models themselves. This saves more than 100MB in the final toolbox installer. The generated code was also from a Vivado release we do not support in the latest BSP anymore "2016.2". If users still want it they can go back to an older release or branch.
