This fixes a lot of the glaring issues that I've found now after the compo.
Major things include;

  • The camera ended up lagging a lot more behind on lower FPS, making the game unplayable.
  • Collision with boxes was broken enough to leave one level technically impossible to complete.
  • A key was missing on one level, making it literally impossible to complete.
  • Pits were fundamentally broken on every level, meaning they should never have even existed in the first place.
  • Lots of strange issues happened with moving entities, where they could - in rare cases - clip through walls and end up where they really should never be.
  • The player could get stuck in walls when interacting with or near boxes.
  • The game should've really crashed more often because of the way entites were handled, but I guess we've all been lucky.
  • Boxes really should've crashed the game every time you pushed them into pits, but the entity finding code was broken enough that the crash never appeared.

Did I mention the issues being glaring?

TL,DR;

  • No more FPS dependent camera
  • No more buggy boxes
  • No more stupid collisions
  • No more broken levels
  • No more possible crashes
  • No more wall-like pits

This is really how the game was supposed to be.

The game is in a fully playable state, though lacking in amount of levels and opcodes.
