p-values and confidence bars should be shown in different colors based on value

Currently metric confidence interval bars are shown in the same colour (green) whether the metric is stat sig positive/negative/neutral. The p-value number is the same. We should change the colours of the bars and the p-value to be:

1. Bars:

• green: When the test is statistically significant and the lift is positive
• red: When the test is statistically significant and the lift is negative
• gray: When the test is neutral

2. p-values

• green background with white text: when the test is statistically significant and the lift is positive
• red background with white text when the test is statistically significant and the lift is negative
• no background with white text when the test is not statistically significant
