In case you are still wondering, please point your browser at our download page, and follow the instructions there to get the latest version for your system.
All current versions of Anathema deal with the latest rules only. If your game uses older rules, use the second link on the download page.
This step differs depending on your system. If you have the zip, you can just unpack it to an empty directory while keeping paths intact. The installers for Mac and Windows will take care of everything for you.
Once more, steps differ.
- With the zip, navigate to your newly created Anathema folder and run the launcher your system -
anathema.exeon Windows,anathema.shon Linux. - With the Mac OS or Windows flavor, you should have a link in your applications folder or start menu.
- Regardless of your installation, you can launch the program from the command line through
java -jar anathema.jar, provided you have Java installed.
Regardless of the options you chose, Anathema will now load. After a momentary wait, the splash screen will appear, shortly after to be replaced by the main window.
Anathema is now ready to use. Go ahead, fool around! Enter all your favourite characters! Create a new one while you're at it!
