Includes jenkins module and new cli command for
and-cli deploy jenkins [--init] [--new] [--profile <p>]

--init option begins the process of configuring the CLI user's Jenkins credentials and Job profile setup
--new option adds or modifies a preconfigured jenkins job
--profile initializes the deployment of the Jenkins Job

Known issues
