Releases: andiyar/OniARM64
Release list
Oni 1.3.0r4
Public preview build of OniARM64, an Apple Silicon native port of Oni.
What's new in 1.3.0r4
- OniARM64 now checks GitHub for a newer release on launch and offers it when one exists
- Initial work on an experimental native Metal renderer (thanks Claude Fable!) (hold Option while launching to enable it). Likely buggy! OpenGL remains the default for now.
Note: This is a preview build. Levels 1–5 play end-to-end; later levels untested.
Roadmap (hopeful)
- Level playback as life permits
- Metal renderer (because, why not?)
- HD texture pack injection support via OniSplit or similar, at present issues with some formatting.
the goal remains Vanilla Oni support across all levels. Metal + textures etc are more fun blue-sky work
