Independent hardware results and reproductions

Use this thread to share reproducible Hebrus results on Apple Silicon, including failed runs that help define the support boundary.

Please include:

• Hebrus commit and hebrus --build-info output
• Mac model, chip, unified memory, and macOS version
• exact model selector, filename, byte size, and SHA-256
• command, AUTO/resident/SSD mode, context length, and workload
• prefill/decode throughput when measured
• memory pressure and swap observations
• sanitized logs or an evidence bundle, with prompts, paths, tokens, and private data removed

Measurements posted here are condition-scoped observations. They do not extend the qualified support contract by themselves. Use the bug-report form for a reproducible defect and the performance-report form when maintainers need structured evidence.
