phpstan/phpdoc-parser upgrade to newest version

The newest version of phpstan/phpdoc-parser package is 2.3.0.

andreaselia/laravel-api-to-postman using still older version of phpstan/phpdoc-parser package which is 1.33.0.

Of course this causes problems when another package uses phpstan/phpdoc-parser in a newer version. @andreaselia
