Changing Layout Possible?

I am sorry if this was asked before, I have looked but couldn't spot.
Is it possible to change the layout?
Currently in the two tablets I have, maps is showing on top and weather & music in under.
Is it possible to make them side by side?

I think if you will play with DPI you can find value to change layout. My observation is that if the dpi is less than 196, then the layout is side by side.

Yes exactly. The Layout depends on your dpi and resolution as @Anton111111 said
