Optimizing a photo album from Hash Code 2019

Usage:
python3 create_slideshow.py d_pet_pictures.txtTotal score 443363, Theoretical maximum ~443400.
Take into account that this algorithm work only with pet_pictures, and doesn't work for pictures with other tag distribution at all. However, it is perfectly fine for kaggle competitions =).
