[Bug] Skill doc typos, broken Wear prerequisite, testing step numbering

Description

Several SKILL.md files contain issues that can mislead agents:

1. Wear (jetpack-compose-m3): Prerequisite section 4 is truncated mid-sentence ("samples in Capability"). Agents may skip mandatory sample JAR extraction (Capability 2). Also typo: "as the for:" should be "as the source of truth for:".
2. verified-email: Search pattern typo onCrea teAccount should be onCreateAccount.
3. adaptive: "screen real state" should be "screen space".
4. navigation-3: Developer doc link uses broken markdown.
5. testing-setup: Steps 13-14 are nested under Step 12; should be top-level steps.
