have a banlist which you can set the specified login times a distinctive ip can login in a sepecified time interval,
otherwise the ip will be added to the banlist,and it couldn't login to the server in a period of time
the server clears the banlist at fixed period which you can set in the variable:check_ban_list_time_interval
