[Feature request] Global List of remote commands and ordering.

Would be nice to have a global list of common remote commands that gets added to every new devices by default. Also would be good to be able to sort them not just in added order.

Good idea. I have a work-in-progress to support global/per-device settings, but it needs a bit more work. Once that's in place I can look at how to handle the UI for things like this.
