FEATURE - Separate Messages App

I often find that I have to go through the main Valent App to get to the Messages app. It would be nice if I could pin the Messages app by itself.

Also, a background process with a task tray icon for messages would be a nice addition to that.

My environment:
Pop OS 24.04
Cosmic DE

Hi, we could probably add a launcher for the messages UI, but I don't plan on writing any panel apps. Probably someone who uses Cosmic will have to contribute a cosmic plugin to get features for that DE.

I think a launcher would be just fine. A few less clicks to get to something that is used quite often.
