Added chess.js as a dependency.
Added the getGameByID endpoint.
Tests no longer run synchronously.
Added Github Actions for CI.
Fixed links in README.md, sorry!
Fixed ifChanged not throwing errors for missing parameters.
Added tests and organized them a bit.
