test: add test for commonLabels transformation This test currently fails with: "unknown field `commonLabels`" The commonLabels field should apply labels to all resources and their selectors. It's a core kustomize feature that needs to be implemented. Source: TestSimpleMultiplePatches from multiplepatch_test.go:630
